Need quick support? Our remote support service allows a DRG Technician to help you by remotely accessing your computer over the internet.

To use this service, first call our offices to speak to a technician. You will be asked to download our remote support service application, and will be guided by our technician on what to do next.

Our remote support service costs $35+GST for calls up to 30 minutes, and then a further $20+GST per 15 minutes. Our friendly support staff will advise you of the total cost at the end of the service.
